Dr. Tor Bukkvoll is a Senior Research Fellow at the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment. He is a specialist in Russian and Ukrainian security and defense policies. Bukkvoll has been a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford (2008) and the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California (2019-2020).
