Paul “Heywood” Vavra is a retired USAF Officer. Heywood served 25 years as EWO, Foreign Area Officer, Command EW, and Joint Unit commander, and flew 261 RC-135 combat missions. He then served as Business Development Executive in two major defense firms, and now consults internationally on EW systems, Air Combat Training, Joint Venture structuring, and International Business Development.  He has provided great value to partner Air Forces and international companies in requirements development as well as analysis of proposals from US defense firms.  A REALLY Old Crow, Heywood has been a member of the AOC since 1984 and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
