Mr. Fleck serves as the Director, for government solutions at Aireon LLC.  He joined Aireon after serving for over 27 years in the United States Navy where he commanded a helicopter squadron, managed an air base in the Middle East, and acquired space-based national security solutions for the Department of Defense.
