Dr. Glaze is the Vice President for Military Affairs at Vadum Inc. where he is responsible for all contract activities while providing operational expertise in national security issues, operational planning, and combat operations. Colonel Glaze has 40 years of experience in electronic warfare (EW), operational test, mobile radar, and air combat operations with assignments at the Air Staff, Joint Staff, Major Command, and unit levels. As a mission ready Air Force F-111 Weapon Systems Officer and EF-111A Electronic Warfare Officer, Colonel Glaze participated in the planning, execution, and control of airborne operations in peacetime and combat. He planned and flew 127 combat sorties in OPERATION ELDORADO CANYON, DESERT SHIELD, DESERT STORM, DENY FLIGHT, and NORTHERN WATCH. As the Commander of the 68th Test Squadron and 16th Test Squadrons, he planned executed numerous operational tests. During his assignments as Deputy Director for Information Operations to the Air Staff and as the Chief, EW/Survivability Division, at Air Combat Command Directorate of Requirements (ACC), Colonel Glaze managed a portfolio of diverse EW programs of record. Prior to joining Vadum, Dr. Glaze worked in the field of cognitive EW systems and capabilities providing systems engineering and technical assistance to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Microsystems Technology Office. He was also elected to and served on the Association of Old Crows Board of Directors, as the Vice President, and as the President.  Dr. Glaze holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management. His military honors include the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Air Medal with five oak leaf clusters.
