Proof of full vaccination (EU and US residents)
If you travel from the European Union or the United States of America and are fully vaccinated, please have your vaccination proof ready for demonstration.
You must have completed your COVID-19 vaccination course at least 14 days before arriving at the venue.
- Visitors from European Union: EU Digital COVID certificate
- Visitors from the US: CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
This should be reported and demonstrated via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace. This can be on your device or a printout. The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of arriving at the venue
If you have proof of a PCR negative result on arrival to the UK, you can use this to gain entry to AOC Europe for 48 hours after your arrival into the UK. This documentation should be in English.
If you take an NHS PCR test mid-event (PCR tests are mainly for people who have symptoms) most people get their result the next day, but it may take up to 3 days. We recommend you use an NHS Lateral Flow Test once your PCR negative test result has expired.
NHS Lateral Flow Test
- The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of arrival at the venue.
- All tests will be self-administered.
- The results of the Lateral Flow Tests need to be uploaded using the NHS self-report tool, you do not need to be a UK resident to use this tool.
